How to Order
You must be a registered customer to order online. When browsing a product click "Add to Cart". A new window will confirm that the item has been added. Items will remain in your shopping basket until you checkout, manually removed or close the browser.

Account Information
Contact Information: Login Information: Use a working email address your login name. You may change your email from this section. Click 'Save' to apply changes. Password:Enter a new password and retype it to confirm that there are no mistypes. Click 'Save' to apply changes. General Information: Your contact name and surname. You can opt in or out of the newsletter subscription from here. Address Book: Your account may have several delivery addresses. The default address will be used as the main delivery. Order History: All previous or outstanding or will be displayed in this section.

Security & Privacy
When sensitive information is submitted via the Website, that information is encrypted and is protected with an SSL encryption system. Once an order is received, the payment details are erased. The servers on which we collect and store personal information are kept in a secure environment. SSL encryption relates to all pages where sensitive information is to be placed e.g. your address or credit card details. In such places a small yellow padlock icon will appear in the bottom right hand area or your browser window to indicate that you are on a secure page.

Delivery
Delivery is available to Malta and Gozo only. Goods will be delivered as stated in our delivery information section on the website. We aim to dispatch goods in stock as quickly as possible. The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time. At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so any delivery to such an address will not be able to be processed.

Lost Password?
If you are a registered user your password will be emailed to you. Clicking on 'retrieve password' on the top-right corner of the page and follow the instructions.

Hire Purchase
You can now pay for a product in monthly installments. A product available for Hire Purchase will display a Hire Purchase Calculator which will calculate your monthly payments and duration. The HP calculator is for information purposes only. Purchasing products with Hire Purchase is not available online. To purchase a product in monthly insallment. Please call a Gala branch in order to conclude the sale by means of a contract of sale and bills of exchange
